When you know your potential client is scheduled to see other agents, you'll need to push a little. Here's a great question to ask: "Do you think there's anything else they're going to tell you that we haven't already told you?" I would not have thought to ask this question if I hadn't seen one of my agents use my listing presentation and then ask this. But it worked like magic! We got the listing, and they didn't see the remaining agents they had appointments with.
Having a bit of experience helps when you're asking this question, but interrupting the client's thinking to force them to make a decision really works.
