About Tim:

Tim has been in the business for 17 years. He was a successful agent, and in 2007 he did $21M in volume - on his own. He was grinding, and he enjoyed it. But, when the market crashed, he moved to a company and lost his identity. On top of this, he got sick and was hospitalized. It was around this time that Tim began to evaluate his life differently. 

His work with REBS: 

After some bad coaching, Tim found Real Estate B-School. Through the process of working with coaches, Tim decided that he wanted to own the business, while his partner at the time decided that he wanted to continue on in sales. They were making plenty of money, but between Tim and his partner, they were doing the lion's share of the work. With encouragement, Tim stepped out of his comfort zone and began to build his business sustainably. 


Tim had to re-invent his motivations and was able to set his business up to serve him and provide him freedom from stress. He is now able to have the accountability he needs, and is able to have a clear lens into his finances and other aspects of his business that bring about the reduction in stress.
