When you Google “most successful actors of all time” a list appears ranking the top eight actors and actresses, according to their cumulative box office revenues (Samuel L. Jackson was number one with $5.753 billion).
How do you measure greatness? Is it purely subjective, or can it be quantified?
Group projects. We’ve all had to do them, though very few of us actually enjoy them. In theory, they're great. Many hands make light work, right? You take a large task, equitably split it between several group members, then put it all together to create a cohesive final project.
Commission splits. In some real estate circles, mentioning this topic is enough to make you a workplace pariah who has a highly contagious, terminal illness. How a real estate business sets up commission splits is an admittedly hot topic most agents and brokers feel strongly about. But it doesn’t have to be.
