  • Your business is a representation of you and your values. While you can look at what other business owners have done, you should be careful to choose a business model that is right for you. 

The X-factor is a distinction that has a big impact on the customer experience and your team culture. It could be anything from giving straightforward advice and being transparent, to an excellent work ethic, great sales skills, or a productive team.

Many teams fail to differentiate themselves. As a result, they lose a lot of potential clients because the experience they provide isn’t memorable.
