He also created a home-owner preparedness document, which is a great way to appear professional and continue to be a trusted asset for people to rely on.

In Life and Wealth Mastery, a conference that Kerby attended, Tony Robbins talks about 3 stages of financial freedom - Financial security, financial vitality, and financial independence. Your security has to do with base level finances, things you need to survive. Vitality deals with the extras, going out to eat, your clothes, nice things, and some indulgences. Independence is giving, investing, and all your indulgences - true independence.
