  • Don’t believe for a second that you need more lead sources. Focus instead on going deeper on a few lead sources.

  • Ignore the notion that team leaders need to give most of the commissions to their agents. This mindset will put you out if business.

  • Focusing on attracting, converting and delivering is simply not enough. Make sure you’re tracking your expenses and leading your people well.

 

There are a lot of crazy things said by big players in the industry, and you just don’t have to worry about trying to keep up with it all. The key to sifting through the good and bad tips lies in understanding where they’re coming from. When you’re looking for help from someone in the industry, make sure their suggestions work in harmony with your own business.
