- Master Your Mindset each day. Take control of what you’re letting into your head every day- it will change your entire outlook if you let it.
- Focus on your Physical Body. If you weren’t already taking care of your physical body before, there has never been a better time to get started.
- Concentrate on New Business Development. Now is NOT the time to check out- what can you do today to generate a consultation with a buyer or a seller?
- Go through your business and Eliminate Expenses. There should be 3 buckets - need it, want it, eliminate it. Figure out what goes in each one, and execute.
- Establish a Virtual Consultation Process. You want buyers and sellers to retain your services without even having to meet with you
When I got into Real Estate in 2007, there were 15,000 real estate agents in Charlotte, NC.
During this time of what would come to be known as the “Great Recession”, I went from 58 > 118 > 178 > 248 sides in 3 short years. I wasn’t listening to the news, I wasn’t letting anything negative into my mind to tell me where I had to go. I eliminated all the noise. You MUST have a coach that will lead you through what is about to go down. I don’t care WHO you get coached by, as long as it is someone who has been through this before and not only survived - but thrived.
