Today's podcast is on The truth about frogs. It's a conversation about how we have to do the work in order to get results in our real estate business.

If you haven't read the book called Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy, do it now! It is a must-read. You should read it as a team if you are a real estate team leader. In his book, he talks about disciplining yourself in the gratification of the short-term in order to enjoy rewards in the long term. 

No matter where you are in your business journey, I don't care if you're a solo agent, just starting a team, if you have a small, medium, or a large team. There are things you need to do that are frog-like. And if you don't know what a frog is, it's the most mission-critical task you must do day in and day out to move your business or your life forward. 

The one frog that holds real estate team leaders back is the frog of building systems. You must become the CFO of your real estate business and be able to track & know your numbers.
